dearaustin @shay8566 Good morning, I do apologize and understand your frustration, first of all, I received the notice yesterday evening during the time the nearest USPS was closed, today I am working all day and will try to pick up the package as soon as I can. Also please understand it is not my fault that Poshmark authentication team took over to weeks to ship it even after I reached out to them asking to cancel this purchase as It was supposed to be a present for my sister's birthday.

I explained to Poshmark that the authentication process took so long I wanted to cancel my purchase.
