NWOT, even though I've had these for quite a few years but mostly when I pretty much gave up wearing shoes with height.... lol! These are long so I would need to wear heels, which is why I never gotten to wearing them.... yet.... As I recall, these sits on hipbone at least, if not high waist..... if you need to know then I'll be more than happy to put it on to let you know. 100% cotton, so this is not a stretchy pair. Laid flat to measure, waist is 16.5", inseam is 32.5"
