Works great with so many tops. It looks like a tweed and denim blend. Fabric is super nice and thick and can be worn during summer as well as fall/winter season. Honestly one of my favorite pieces, but it runs slightly larger. I would say it will fit size 2. Waist : 14" across Lenght : 12.5 " on the sides
