DKNY royal blue cover up mini skirt, never worn

Fully opaque rich royal blue pull on-mini skirt with elastic waist. This is a rare cover up that actually covers! It's great on vacation when you need to go from beach to bar, restaurant, or shopping. The waistband is wide so it doesn't roll down. The fabric has some sheen like swimwear. The tag says med but it fits like a small so I never wore it. Waist 13.75" (unstretched), length 15.5".
