DNT Knot Mini Dress - Small/ Runs Small

Open front, knot mini dress w/Collar. Brand new. I have only tried the dress on. Cute but runs extremely small especially for a girl with hips. Sorry, I broke the tag off trying to get out of the dress from trying it on. 😪 The quality of the dress is okay, not the best but it’s cute for the price. It’s not sheer so that’s a plus. I just want to be honest because I’m use to very good quality of fabric.
