DO + BE Navy off the Shoulder Ribbon dress

Simple navy blue dress I got at a boutique. I can’t remember the original price exactly but somewhere around $30. Worn only once and in great condition! Ribbons could be worn off the shoulder like in the picture or up on the shoulders as straps. Feel free to ask questions!
