Part of Dr. Martens' Made in England Vintage collection, it was handerafted by our Northamptonshire factory cobblers using original construction techniques - plus Quilon, our rare, original specification Dr. Martens leather. Thick and full-grain with a matte finish. this leather only gets better with age. Made in England. For some, there is no substitute. • Original 8-eye silhouette • Made with all the classic Doc's DNA, including grooved sides, heel-loop and stitching • Built on the iconic Dr. Martens air-cushioned sole, which is oil and fat resistant, with good abrasion and slip resistance Material: A reissue of the original Dr. Martens classic corrected-grain leather with a fine haircell print and rough back. Quilon leather is a style of smooth leather that is finished with a “haircell”, fine, textured print that gives the surface a unique look. It was developed in 2007 based on the original Doc Marten leather from the 1970s, and is currently used in the vintage-style, Made-In-England line of footwear. Care Instructions [Quilon] = Clean Away dirt using a damp cloth, allow to dry apply correct coloured wax based shoe polish to restore colour and shine level as desired.
