@aeaccarino Hi! I would say it is true to size. It isn't meant to be fitted but I wouldn't say its oversized. It is a puffed sleeve and loose in the body. I'm a 34b and the bust area fits perfectly. I can provide measurements. What measurements would be most helpful for you?

@aeaccarino the length at the back is 22.5 inches, length at the front collar to bottom is 18.5 Inches. The width from arm pit to arm pit hem is 21.25 inches, the width at the bottom is 26 inches. I hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else.
