I’m not sure if this was how they were originally designed or if they are from wear/ washing. Some distressing at bottom of cuffs. 100% Cotton Tag says 30 but please see measurements below. Approximate flat measurements: Waist 13.5” Rise 11” Inseam 30” Pant cuffs are 6” wide at end Great vintage condition!
