The gold plated creation features five hanging charms ~ a larger disc in the middle with clear glass rhinestones, flanked on each side by a hanging ball with a glass teardrop, followed by gold colored hearts with clear stones. These are all attached to a 3 strand gold plated Florentine necklace of 15” long and 2” wide with a double hook closure. Previously owned, it is in very good vintage condition.
