joshaniejams @slevergreen14 Hello. The waist on both is 12" (un-stretched). They stretch to about 13.5 inches. Both are 13" long. There are shorts underneath the skirt as well. I also have a listing for workout/activewear pants in the same style. Really just trying to get rid of it. Bundle and I can shoot you an offer. :]
