Waist panel is shirred in the back so these shorts may comfortably accommodate a larger size. Advertised size is medium, as indicated on the tag. Worn a handful of times with no blemishes, pulls, snags, or pilling. These are just too big for me now - bought them to wear as I was still coming down from pregnancy weight.
