Perfect colder weather office dress from H&M in a plush, black acrylic with ample cowl neck you can roll as much or as little as you want. Tag size XS, measuring approximately 14" at the bust and 12.5" at the waist. Length is 31.5" from shoulder to hem. Excellent used condition, no signs of wear aside from minor piling. A sweater stone or even a good lint roller run would handle this fine.
