DONATED! Super flattering dress

Like-new condition black and green dress looks like a blouse tucked into a pencil skirt. Size 8 petite. Top is sheer over a liner and bottom is black lace composed of 5 horizontal panels. Worn just once to an event, then hand washed and line dried. Super cute with booties and a leather moto jacket. Would also work great with heels, sandals, or flats for work or going out.
