*DONATING 10/7* UO Silence + Noise Black Ruffle Criss Cross Back Mini Dress - XS

Black flowy mini dress, perfect for summer. Purchased from Urban Outfitters in 2006 or 2007. Worn several times, still in good quality except the zipper is starting to pull/rip from the fabric (see last photo). Fits more like an XXS (I’m btn a 00 and 0). Upped the contrast on the first two photos so you can actually see the dress.
