Crochet Tan skirt (brand unknown). Size 10 Waist lying flat is 13 inches but can stretch to 19 inches. Has a liner (last picture), but the liner is thinner so I would still recommend a light colored underwear if you want it to blend in. Crochet is 100% Cotton but liner is 100% Nylon.
