DORIAN HO COLLECTION Magnificent short dress. The bustier is intricately designed with beads and sequins. Sequins gather in specially designed places on the tulle under the bustier. Comes with a black velvet belt that you can tie just under/at the bustier before the beautiful tulle. ALSO, this may run small, as I believe I was a size 4 when wearing, but can provide measurements if needed! Pictured is one area with string that is not at all noticeable to me. It does not fit me well, but last pic can give you an idea of how it might look, but will be cuter for the right size!
