DR2 Black & White Tie Waist Dress

Worn twice, excellent condition. Bodice and skirt are fully lined, sleeves a little more sheer. Has a tie-waist and pleats on the skirt. Hook and eye at the bottom of the V neck give it a wrap-type look. 100% polyester. Great year-round dress for the office. Approximate flat measurements: 13.5 inches pit to pit 19 inches waist tie to bottom 35 inches top of back to bottom of skirt
