Navy blue top, hi-low hem, cute embroidered braid detail at the neckline and cute stitching on the sleeves! Sleeves/pits are dolman style, so hard to get an accurate pit to pit. Measurements are approximate. I did notice a loose thread on the hem when measuring, visible right next to the tape measure.
