Wonderful Black Cape With Stiff Red Collar Inside the cape are hand painted Fleur De Lis...Mardi Gras Logo throughout The cape is 48" long and can be hemmed if needed There is a Red "Jewel" surrounded by "diamonds" at the neck This has been sewn on so the cape needs to be slipped over the head The red collar does have some marks that I tried to show in the photos They may wash out when hand washed with a stain treatment. Otherwise the cape is in very good condition Perfect for a Halloween Costume! Can be a Judge, Superhero or King...so many things to have fun with!
