👁 DRASTICALLY REDUCED dressy Black & Blue Skirt !

This lovely skirt has a light blue satin underlay slip, and a black overlay skirt with blue ribbon belt, with squares that are slightly see through. (This is really hard to explain, but I HOPE you will get the idea from the pictures.) (Even though they're dark). I never wore this skirt: Lost in back of closet, and now it doesn't fit 😢. NWT 16.5 inch waist, zips up the back. Length from the waist is 24 inches.
