lindsaylove13 @andreachaffin1 the elastic waist is 12inches from left to right. The waist has plenty of stretch! From the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the dress it is about 34 1/2 inches. Does the pic I added help? Sorry it’s difficult to photograph...the measurement is with the sleeves not extended as you can see. Please let me know if you need a different measurement!

lindsaylove13 @andreachaffin1 I’m so sorry I see you asked for that first. When I lay the dress down and spread out the material flat, I have 16 inches. Not sure what you’re looking for, but there is some stretch to it.
