enluxe I am very sorry about the pocket....this was not ripped when I had it..the only flaw was the spot on the back which I mentioned...Do you think it was something you placed in there that ripped it?

glammama @enluxe Oh NO!! I NEVER GOT TO EVEN USE IT YET! THIS IS OLD DAMAGE! FRAYED/RIPPED DESTROYED FROM USAGE! I wish I could attach pictures--- it's unbelievable! I'm so sad...😢😢😢

enluxe I can not even imagine what you are referring to as it was completely fine when I had it. Coach purses are not cheaply made and it makes no sense to me that something perfectly in tact is now ripped. and falling apart. This purse was barely even used. I am very sorry if something happened after I sent it to you, but it was not like this before I sent it. I would be more than happy to send you something from my closet to make up for the sadness you are experiencing.
