Short dress by R. Vivimos. This is a navy blue dress with sleeves that have elastic at the bottom to push up to 3/4 length. It is a cotton polyester blend. This dress has a large sash/tie that ties in the front to pull the dress in for a snug fit. This is a short dress that would come above the knees and shorter when the front is tied. It is a solid waffle like material. A nice simple dress for any occasion. It is marked SIZE MEDIUM (8/10). It looks like it runs small.
