jenniferjdixon @blingbling26 hi, sorry for not getting back to you sooner! The suede is real, the wrap is not. The bottoms are synthetic material as well. The inside measures 10”. I’m a standard 8.5M in most shoes and these fit me perfectly. Let me know if you have any other questions.
