Laying flat it measures 17” across the chest band. Long and flowy perfect perfect wedding guest dress! It is so so soft and just stunning brilliant colors. Retails over $800. This is the only dress like this I can find! I got it for myself and it is just too big on me I am so sad I can’t wear it.
