DVF , Pattern Dress

DVF Dress with black and blue pattern. The neckline is a slight cowl neck. One sleeve is short and one is a cap sleeve for an asymmetrical look. Blousy at the top and the skirt portion is a little more fitted. Note there is a small hole on the front and back of the right sleeve. It has not attempted to be fixed, but could be stitched. Not super noticeable (Noted in last photo)
