DVF python print tuxedo pencil skirt

Pencil skirt design with velvet type tuxedo stripe, box design around perimeter in front and back. Textured python print fabric (black part is smooth and scale designs are velvety and plush.) “scales.” Fabric is durable but “gives a little” for comfort. Skirt hits just at the knee and has a “higher waist” feel.
