DYI high-neck workout top

Reposhing this item I purchased from @haydenrome. Loved it, but doesn’t fit me like I’d hoped. Probably better for someone with 36 A/B cup. Ie I didn’t love for me, who has slightly larger cup size requirement. Not a super tight/form hugging fit on me though so might fit if you are a bit larger. Questions? Leave a comment below!
