Item Details - Vintage late 1990s dress - Black PVC material - Industrial goth punk look - Tube style - Wraps and clips - Cargo pocket! - Very unique very cool This Dress is in Acceptable Condition: - The main issues are the fabric/elastic part is stretched out and coming apart. It could probably be replaced by a skilled tailor. - The zipper is done.
