Dahlia Collection Navy Blouse - SZ L

Really cute blouse in navy blue with bright colored fruits and flowers print. The front has an open loop design across the upper chest with a tie center. Long sleeved with button cuffs. I think I maybe wore this once, and now it doesn’t fit me. Lying flat this measures 19” pit to pit. No damage - see photos for fabric care and content.
