matthewjwsmith @sunnynaata - Sorry for the delay, I work nights and I worked a lot lately...Here are the Measurements. Pit to Pit: 16 Inches Shoulder to Shoulder: 16 Inches Neck to Shoulder: 8 Inches Length: 23 Inches Shoulder To Cuff: 23.5 Inches. There is no Back padding or panels on the jacket.
