Dainty Jewell’s Grey Ruffle Skirt

This skirt is such a great staple piece in any modest wardrobe! The stretchy cotton material allows it to fit a variety of sizes...I even wore it while pregnant! It could EASILY fit a medium, which is what I tend to wear in skirts...might fit a large as well. It has a tall waist band that can be folded over or left as is.
