The shirt is 100% cotton and the lace part is 100% polyester (directions are to machine wash cold) the front of the shirt has a panel so it’s not sheer but the back is the semi-sheer cotton so that is somewhat see-thru (maybe requires a nude bra or cami?) I’m measuring the shirt at 26.5 L!
