Daisy Embroidered High Top Sneakers for Little Girls Size 28

High top canvas sneakers in the style of Converse All Stars “Chuck Taylors”for girls, featuring an embroidered daisy on the outside ankle of the sneakers and “OPOEE SHOES ALL STARS” patch on the inside ankle. These sneakers are in decent used condition. The size inside the shoe is “28”. I researched the sizing chart on an OPOEE Amazon page and 28 = size 11. However, it also lists the length from head to toe for this size as 6.9”. The length of these particular shoes is 7.5”. My recommendation is to measure the child’s foot that will be wearing these and go by the 7.5” as that is the only thing I can verify. Thank you for your consideration!
