Daisy Fuentes Floral Wrap Blouse

EUC Worn once if at all. Purple/eggplant/orchid floral wrap top with banded but puffy sleeves. Comes with tank that snaps into blouse. There was a belt with this, but can't find it (see photo with small loop - you could cut these off, but I will leave). No fabric info, but feels like polyester.
