It’s super cute and I wish it fit but it’s too small and tight on me. But maybe for you it will be perfect! :) It has sleeves but they go past your shoulders and the laces are used are straps Open to offers :) Super cute for summer It says medium but it feels like a size down. So I would say it’s small rather then medium. I’m 5’2 and 140 pounds and it’s tight on me. The sleeves are tight too.
