dawgette4ever @jennmiller09_11 thank you for your question. So I pulled one out of the packaging and added that picture so that you have an idea of the lining. It is not padded but the entire romper is lined in the blue with the exception of the sleeves. Let me know if you have any further questions ❤️🐾

dawgette4ever @lalara317 Hi Lori the measurements for the small is sleeve length of 25”, total length is 30” and inseam is 2”. The medium is sleeve 25”, length 31” and inseam is 2”. I added a picture showing that this is backless. It’s really very cute. Let me know if you have any other questions. ❤️🐾
