hi, what are the waist and inseam msmts, please?

I'm no tailor, so my measurements are estimates-- But it looks like from the center center seam to the hem is just over 30 inches and the waist lying flat is just over 17.
I've posted photos of my measurements, just so you can see where I was measuring from and the tape I was using. Hope that helps!
