Dalmation Print Vintage Vivanti Petites Made in USA Balloon Sleeves SIZE 6 80's

The Texture and pattern are uniquely paired in this gorgeous Blouse. The cuffs and waist taper in with flattering balloon sleeves. If only I could fit into this! Has thin shoulder pads Print is Material: 65% Acrylic, 25% Polyester, 10% Nylon Made in the USA I am assuming by the listings I've seen and style this piece is Vintage from the 1980's. Unfortunately, there is a flaw on the left side of chest area. It appears to be a cigarette burn or ember burn. I happened to notice it under my umbrella lights when photographing. (I would still wear it if only it fit me! Lol.
