*Damaged* Kate Spade mauve colored bag

Loved this bag once because of the color and detachable crossbody, but I haven’t reached for it in like five years so it’s time to go. Was purchased in 2016 at a Nordstrom for a little over $300. It’s all leather in a slightly pebbled texture and in this beautiful mauve color. As you can see, the bag has seen better days. The biggest flaws are one of the hand straps is damaged (see video). I’m not certain whether it can be fixed or not as I’ve not looked into that. Also, the inside could use a good cleaning near the opening zipper. There is also a tiny black stain outside of the bag (see picture) that can probably come off, I just haven’t tried. Otherwise, all the hardware and zippers are in great condition! The zippers are still just as smooth and the hardware is not tarnished significantly. If this bag was still my style I’d try to salvage it, but as it is maybe someone else will enjoy that project.
