38 inches at the longest and has a ruffle trim, including the sleeves. Looks gorgeous with pants and tall boots or a mini and heels.
VERY soft and comfortable. light weight but provides adequate warmth.
Has some stretch in the bust to accommodate an XL but the sleeves are on the slimmer side.
