Damask Print Portrait neckline boutique dress

NWOT. This dress has a portrait neckline that is lined with crocheted lace. The hemline is also lined with crocheted lace. It is a Navy and Blush damask type print. It includes a bit of elastic in the waist and bottom of sleeve. Size XL, but being from a boutique, it runs a tad bit smaller that the normal XL. NWOT NEVER WORN. Wouldn’t fit over breasts.
