Damask black/white floral halter dress

This halter neck dress ties at the neck, and has a tiered, knee-length skirt, with a bold black and white floral damask pattern. I sewed in the sides for a better fit, but they can easily be let back out if needed. The chest is lightly padded for extra coverage.
