2ndactthreads @deepsouthdiva Hi! Thanks, those are great questions! I've had Dan Post boots in the past, but these were purchased for my store, so they're not my size to try on. I wasn't sure, so I started looking online for the answer. I went to the website and looked at comments from people who have purchased Dan Post boots, though not necessarily these particular boots.

2ndactthreads Hello again, the heels measure 2 inches high. As far as the fit goes, I went on Reddit and the Dan Post site, and people are reviewing that they're true to size. The reviews say they're very comfortable, the leather is soft, and they mold to your feet. Although Dan Post's price is mid-range, they are very well made. They're hand-stitched and made in Mexico. You'll find the best leather and the most well-made boots are made in Mexico. From all the reviews, they do say that they are true to size.

2ndactthreads @deepsouthdiva, Dan Post website says for the fit, use your regular shoe size, not your tennis shoe. If you still want to be sure, measure around the widest part of your foot, right around the ball of your foot, and also measure length of your foot. Then, I can compare those measurements to the shoe size and give you a better idea if they'll fit. These boots have been getting good reviews for their fit, but of course, I can't guarantee that they'll be a perfect fit for you. I hope this helps!
