How is the condition in the back heel area. Unfortunately I bought a pair and they ended up collapsing tearing from the back even though the pics made it seem like they were in great condition. I want to get another pair again just a bit more careful this time 😕

Hi Alex! The heels are great, and have virtually no wear on them. The heels and somes are completely leather, so once they wear down they can also be replaced. They are great boots, and I'd he happy to upload picks of the heels and back for you
