Thick ruffle, waist 14", stretches to 22" + has 1" of elastic buttoned that can increase size more, long skirt 25". Like new, has 2 yellow spots, and a tiny gray in the waist which may have happened with hanger clip, No tears seen in the ruffles. The white is a little dingy, but maybe would whiten up with proper cleaning.

tktiedeman @krazyfunclothes I mean it’s probably better to have them in two separate listings and to have just tagged me in the listing. But personally I was looking for a longer petticoat as it does better with vintage dresses and the 26 inches arent as easy to find and get as 15-21 inches.
