Dance Sequin Halloween Dress Up Skirt Costume 0-3M

This is a vintage, hand sewn costume. Crinoline skirt with sequins and lace overlay. Obviously no tag. Waist measures approximately 20 inches and length 6 . Should fit about a 0-3 month. Small break in sequins on hem as noted in picture.
