These are size 6.5 dance shoes and are comfortable with a 4 cm heel. I purchased online and don't use them because the bottom surface makes it difficult to turn /pivot in them. They are basically new as I only tried dancing in them once. They would be good for other dance or costume use. The material is 'leatherette'.
