Dance Sequin Halloween/Dress Skirt Costume 18-24M

This is a vintage, hand sewn costume. Satin skirt with sequin hem and crinoline underlay. Obviously no tag. Waist measures approximately 20 inches and length 10 . Should fit about a 18-24 month. There is a ton of stretch in the waist. and it's meant to roll under so as to not be exposed. Area of discoloration on the skirt as noted in pictures.
